The Concept

Gemini garments are built to perform throughout long-duration wear. Think cross-country flights. Marathon-meeting days. All-nighters. The series is characterized by a blend of cotton and PCM-infused polyester that manages moisture as it prevents the clamminess and cling for hours and hours on end. It’s what we mean when we say “16-Hour Dress Shirt”.

Kicking off the Gemini fabric platform was our June 2015 launch of the Gemini Dress Shirt – our take on the classic dress shirt you’d wear to work with slacks and a tie – tailored, tucked in, and can go formal on a dime. This endurance-minded blend is a natural in the office wardrobe, ensuring non-stop comfort throughout the course of a long workday.

The Hypothesis

We believe that an outfit should be a fully functioning system, one that works together to enable the most comfort and capability possible. And the Gemini concept – a fusion of traditional and advanced fibers – was begging for expansion into different garment categories. So the next step was obvious: we’d add a pant to the Gemini collection for endurance-minded capability head-to-toe. It would manage moisture for long-duration wear, regulate temperature through PCMs, and enable full movement with 2-way stretch.
